Arrow Building Mat (12" x 27")

If you build your own arrows, you already know having a dedicated space to build is a game changer. The Flex-Fletch Arrow Building Mat makes keeping all of your arrow building essentials in one spot instead of rolling across the bench.

This is a lightweight, heavy-duty arrow building mat sized for real bench work. The 12" x 27" padded surface holds a full dozen shafts, your fletching jig, vanes, glue, primer pen, and field points or broadheads without being over crowded. Non-slip textured rubber grips the bench so the mat stays put while you index and clamp, and a soft heat-bonded polyester top keeps shafts and broadheads from picking up scratches during the build.

Arrow building is messy. This mat is solvent and oil resistant, so cyanoacrylate glue, acetone, denatured alcohol, and mold-release prep wipe up instead of soaking in. The dye-sublimation print is fused into the surface, not laid on top, so the graphic will not wear, crack, or rub off no matter how many dozens of arrows you build on it.

Constructed of 1/8" (3mm) vulcanized rubber with a soft, heat-bonded polyester top. Spacious 12" x 27" padded work area. Non-slip textured rubber base protects your bench and work surface. Solvent and oil resistant. Dye-sublimation printing that will not wear or rub off.

When the build is done, roll the mat with the image side in and store it flat or standing. It packs compact enough to slide into your gear bag, tuning kit, or a drawer on the fletching bench, ready for the next dozen.

Care

Hand wash recommended. Rinse with warm water, apply a mild dish soap, agitate and lather with your fingers or by rubbing the top cloth together, then rinse with warm water and air dry. Leaving your mat in direct sunlight for extended periods may cause the image to fade.
